Duane Lewis is the Founder and Chief Strategist of Fortville Enterprises, LLC, where he leverages more than 25 years of expertise in communications, marketing, and brand amplification to help organizations elevate their messages.

The Plaquemine, Louisiana native is a graduate of Southern University – Baton Rouge (Bachelor of Arts) and Northcentral University (Masters in Education). Lewis’ career launched in professional sports with the St. Louis Rams, working 10 years in public relations capacities with the organization, which won the Super Bowl 34 title. Lewis crafted messaging strategies for executive leadership, coaches, and players while working with six future Pro Football Hall of Famers.

Lewis’ career spans influential roles across higher education, including positions with the Allstate Sugar Bowl, Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC), Huston-Tillotson University, and Jackson State University, where his collaboration with Deion “Coach Prime” Sanders and SMAC Entertainment generated national coverage on 60 Minutes, Good Morning America, and ESPN College GameDay. At the University of Texas at Arlington, Lewis led marketing, branding, and revenue-growth initiatives that enhanced visibility and community engagement.
